When a child’s life will be short, Tŷ Hafan will walk alongside their family every step of the way – through life, death and beyond.
Tŷ Hafan’s ambition is that when a child’s life will be short, no family in Wales should have to live it on their own. Too many families in Wales are struggling alone through the fear, exhaustion and uncertainty that comes with caring for a child whose life will be short. When every day could be their child’s last, families should be making memories together instead of facing each one with dread.
Tŷ Hafan are proud to be a charity partner at the Cardiff Half Marathon and would like to say a big thank you to all those who register to run for us, you’re amazing!
