Mae rhedeg yn rhad ac am ddim a gall pawb ei wneud! Mae pob ymdrech yn\ncyfrif ac nid yw\u2019r un rhediad yn rhy fyr &#8211; mae Rhedeg Cymru yma i ddathlu\nunigolion a grwpiau sy\u2019n rhedeg, yn loncian ac yn rhedeg tuag at ffordd fwy\ngweithgar o fyw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Felly waeth beth fo\u2019ch oed, lefel ffitrwydd,\ndyhead, cefndir neu leoliad, gall pawb fod yn rhan o Rhedeg Cymru!
